An onboarding questionnaire will be sent to you in parallel with the above for completing. We use your answers to build out your personalised planning dashboard

Once we have received your completed onboarding questionnaire and your planning dashboard is built, the planning & design can commence. A kick off call to go through your responses and planning dashboard will be arranged

Depending on the service you have purchased, we will navigate you through our various processes and planning steps. You will have our support throughout your entire planning process with regular contact touch points, in person meetings and day to day communication
